As the day is long the nights are longer when our hope starts to fade
They left no stone unturned, no trail unfollowed yet we stand here empty
You left us at bay at the gates
You sealed our fate
You’ve sealed your fate
A cold embrace
The waves wrapped around your soul to take you away
The arms of the sea rhythmically lull you to sleep
Forevermore
Eternally blue the everlasting deep
Forevermore
Love lost is impossible to keep
She still hears your voice in her sleep
I am pacing round these four walls
That have always housed my sanity
My inner guilt is slipping through the cracks
I could never turn back
Hearts stop beating when your fears come true
We never thought we would ever lose you
Reality has burdened me
Reality has burdened us with this
We grasped our hands just to slip away again
Perpetual sorrow personified
Why must we feel this way?
You ended your pain, so why do I still feel this weight?
We’ll carry the flame, it won’t be the same
But we’ll cherish every second
It won’t fade away
Why must we feel this way?
You ended your pain, so why will I always feel this way?
We won’t extinguish your flame but it won’t be the same
So this song will always scream your name
My friend how I long to be with you again
It’s been so long since I’ve seen your face
Time gave us these memories whilst tearing them away from me
I hope to see you standing at the end
Grasping at where it all began
Once absent but whole again

First WTF was google music actually throwing something good into my feed.
Second WTF was everything every goddamn member of this band does. This and the previous album have been on repeat for weeks. All other music tastes like diet water. Help. Gruso

Take everything that's brutal and mix it together on a deathcore basis. Put the seasoning Signs Of the Swarm call their own into consideration and what you get is basically Absolvere. A perfectly diverse brutal beast with the occassional addition of clean vocals that are not bad. Could have done without them though. mourner
